Procedures for Submitting Supplemental Grade Reports
After the deadline for submitting grades via Web for Faculty has passed and grades are not submitted, faculty are required to submit a form called a SUPPLEMENTAL GRADE REPORT (SGR) for each individual student in their course. All SGR’s will require College Approval no matter the type of change being made to the student’s grade.
