Due to COVID-19 we are instituting a 2 year time frame for the semesters at play during the pandemic for converting Incompletes to F’s for all Undergraduates non-degree and degree seeking students…see below:
- Summer 2019 Incomplete will be converted to Fs immediately prior to the POT1 grade roll of Summer 2021.
- Fall 2019 Incomplete will be converted Fs immediately prior to the POT 1 grade roll of Fall 2021.
- Spring 2020 Incomplete will be converted Fs immediately prior to the POT 1 grade roll of Spring 2022.
- Summer 2020 Incomplete will be converted Fs immediately prior to the POT 1 grade roll of Summer 2022.
- Fall 2020 Incomplete will be converted Fs immediately prior to the POT 1 grade roll of Fall 2022.
- Spring 2021 Incomplete will be converted Fs immediately prior to the POT 1 grade roll of Spring 2023.
