Investigator Transcript Request

Online Request:

Federal Investigators may use our online Investigator Transcript Request to submit an electronic transcript request. To request an electronic transcript, please log into our Investigator Transcript Request portal and complete the student information and attach the corresponding authorization document from the student for university processing. If approved, you will receive a follow-up email for payment. Once payment has been received, our office will process the request and an electronic transcript will be emailed to the email address provided.

Please note: You must provide your government issued email address, phone number, as well as the agency with which you work. We will not accept requests from personal email addresses.

Transcript Fee:

  • $12.00/per transcript
